When Truck was driving on ramp, L.L. And M.M. We're directing driver to slow down, when back of truck rolled off ramp and on to barge the valve on his small oil reserve tank broke off when it scraped ramp. No apparent damage to ramp or barge, approx 3 gallon spill contained on barge. Spill cleaned up immediately.
