Is it possible to have a pop up about notes pertinent to the job as soon as job is selected? It could be a box that must be acknowledged before the job can be started.
Then notes wouldn't be forgotten about.
In addition, if a dispatcher wants to edit a job, or its notes, while the job has been selected, could there be another pop up/dialogue box that shows the new info, and must be acknowledged before any other functions can be performed? That way jobs can be modified en route to a location.
